n8n implementation begins from Ksh 45,000. Hosting, operational management, technical maintenance and provider costs are selected independently. Use n8n Cloud or a client-owned instance. Sufrone must not host multiple clients' workflows and credentials in its own ordinary n8n instance without the required Enterprise or Embed licence.

1Where will the system run?

Choose the environment owner first. Provider charges remain outside the Sufrone service fee.

4Operational integration pipelines

No packaged operational pipeline is assigned. Custom integration work can still be assessed.

Shared core without shared customer risk

Reusable workflow packages and tests are maintained centrally, while each client owns an isolated instance, credentials and execution data. Sufrone propagates tested fixes through a controlled release channel, while every client retains isolated data, credentials, backups and rollback boundaries.
